Know your competition
Your customers always have a choice, even if it’s just doing nothing. This guide helps you see what they see when they go looking, and find the honest reasons someone should pick you.
How do I do a competitor analysis for a small business?
Search for what you sell the way a customer would, on Google, Google Maps and an AI assistant such as ChatGPT. Note who comes up, what they charge, what their reviews praise and complain about, and what they don’t offer. The gaps are where you can stand out.
Who you’re up against
What each does well, and where they fall short.
Why you
Two or three reasons, each with its proof.
