Stay in touch: content, social and email

Most of your future customers aren’t ready to buy today. Research by John Dawes at the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute suggests only around 5% of business buyers are in the market at any one time. The rest of your marketing is about being remembered when they are.

How do I stay in touch with customers without posting every day?

Pick the one social platform your customers actually use and post there once or twice a week, send one genuinely useful email a month, and turn your best answers to customer questions into short articles. Being consistent matters far more than how much you post.
